red area on the left and right edge of the nose, what is it and how to remedy?

Age: 24,
sex: male,
weight: 65 kg,
height: 178cm,
race: caucasian,
duration of complaint: since I can remember which is 20 years,
medical history: non related to skin,
location: middle east,
current meds: xanax for anxiety

Since I've been a kid I've had these reddish lines/spots on the left and right edge of my nose exactly where my nose is separated from my face. By the looks of it it may be (after googling) rosacea, eczema or something similar.
Sadly can't remember exactly what may have caused it because I was so little when I already had it.

Phone camera added a brownish hue to it but its more red in real life.

It is likely not hyperpigmentation as I have those under my eyes (underye circles) and the hue is not the same (dark-reddish/violet vs brownish and somewhat violet).

Anyway, I want to get rid of them. They alone may have been passable for self-confidence but together with undereye circles make up a large dark pattern on my face.

Can spend on laser or similar treatments but won't go as far as incision-type surgery.

Please help me with this issue I've had for as long as I can remember.

Some spots are normal to have on your skin and really don't mean anything at all.  It sounds like you are dealing with anxiety in general, which likely is causing your some anxiety about the spots.  Talk with your doctor about them- that is your best bet to dealing with the anxiety and the spots if needed.

Thank you but those issues are unrelated, it's not a psychological discomfort but a visible issue, with noticeable damaged tiny blood vessels.
I understand it's visible, but our anxiety can make little physical things feel much worse.  It's like putting a magnifying glass on something and not being able to take the magnifying glass off to see how things really are- anxiety can effect so many of our thought processes that we don't even realize.  Do talk with your doctor about how you feel about the spots- start there and let us know how you are doing!
Thanks, but Look, you don't need to help me for something I haven't asked for. My pshychologist has prescribed me xanax years ago, reason I take it now has nothing to do with my post only to mention I have that chemical inside my body in case anyone would suspect that my skin issue may be a side effect of xanax, even though I personally don't see a point in that as I've had this skin condition years before I got anxiety.
I'd really love to be able to say "I think those images indicate _____ may be the problem. But, to be very honest I don't see anything wrong there. I think that every one has a slightly different pigmentation at the crease of their nose. I don't feel purple meant to offend you at all. Even if you hadn't mentioned xanax (which I didn't notice at first) I would have thought: "Hmm, he actually looks fine, in my opinion" (because the image doesn't appear to show a condition) And, because I have three sons, I would have thought of wanting to reassure you that you may be focusing on it overly, and not realize you appear normal. Also the darker area under the eye is very common among middle eastern men. I find it to be attractive. Maybe I'm odd? I was married to a Syrian. He had them, I liked the feature.  And, please don't think purple was insulting about the medication. I really don't feel they were at all. Life is stressful, and many others have anxiety.
