small bumps on penis

Hi, Well my question is that I've noticed some small bumps on my penis. I just turned 22, I am circumsized and i wear somewhat tight clothing. Anyways, I noticed a couple months ago that i had these small flesh colored bumps on the rim of my penis. To be exact they are located on the under side of my penis where the head and base
(the neck) meet like on the rim. There are also a few above the rim. At first they looked minor but it seems like i see more everytime i look at my penis or i could just be over examining and i have touched the area a lot. They are very small and if i look at them at a angle they look somewhat white but they look more fleshy(but some are starting to look more white). They don't itch and they don't burn at all but it does feel sensitive around the area (especially when i work, it feels like it rubs against my underwear). I have absolutely no clue what it is, but i have been extremely stressing about it (i constantly look when i go use the bathroom).
Please someone give me something so i can at least ease my mind a little until i go to planned parenthood and have it looked at.
I just want someone to talk to about it! :[

Hello,
From the symptoms it sounds like Fordyce spots. They are small, painless, raised, pale or white spots or bumps 1 to 3 mm in diameter that may appear on the shaft of the penis. The spots are a form of ectopic sebaceous gland, and are not known to be associated with any disease or illness and are of cosmetic concern only. They are non-infectious and a natural occurrence on the body. They should be got removed only for cosmetic reasons as they are normally found on the penis. If they are not causing any symptom, then they should be left as such but if they increase in size then the possibility of genital warts has to be explored.
I hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted in case you have any additional doubts. Kind regards.

dude had the same thing and they diagnosed me with hpv which is warts. and that might scare you but its not a big deal at all they'll remove them either by burning or freezing them off you'll have a little scar and then your body will fight the virus off in a year or two. now im not saying thats for sure that its hpv but i had the same thing they didnt itch or burn but they were just there. the more you stress the more bumps appear because when you stress your immune system shuts down and the virus runs rampid. i would go to planned parenthood they're so expensive go to a walk in clinic it's only 50 bucks usually.
