sore red lumps on my vagina - not itchy or blister like

I recently found a lump in my lymph node (which i have to get drained) and have been experiencing gunk coming out of my vagina from having a blocked lymph node... BUT along with that i noticed small red sores (not tiny) around my vagina, not near the entering just around it. There are only a few, say 5, but they are really painful to touch or when they rub together or i pee. Theyre not itchy and i cant pop them like a blister. Im hoping they're just a reaction from all the discharge but it doesn't seem like a rash as there are only a few bumps. It's just so painful! Please give me your ideas

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be due to infected hair follicles, boils or herpes sores. Herpes is characterized by blisters on the genitals, inside the vagina or rectum, or around the mouth. Sores typically develop 2–20 days after exposure to the virus, but may develop years later. So I feel that you should get the blood tests to detect antibodies for herpes if your doctor suspects it to be herpes after examination. Swab test may give false results. The two best tests are Herpes Select and Western Blot.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
