I wasn't really sure where to put this. A month or two ago my girlfriend swatted at a small type of bee. Shortly after she noticed that her side was itchy and when we looked there was a red "bump". Now,months later, she has a red circle that is slightly raised with a rough surface that has a few bumps. We assumed that she was stung and the stinger had stayed in her skin. I looked at it today in an attempt to see if there was a stinger and if so remove it. As I was looking I noticed that on the one bump there were 2 or 3 very tiny red pinpricks. They were so tiny that I had to pull her skin,to flatten the area, to even notice them. I'm not so sure if it is a bee sting anymore. Does anyone have any idea what it could be and how we could fix it? I tried cleaning it with an alcohol pad and it seemed to have helped a little but we're slightly worried that it may be something serious.
