white scale like skin on penis

I am from India and I am  29 years old  . I started to see discoloration near my penis foreskin around 4-5 years ago . it slightly has increased in these years  also from 2-3 years i have  seen little white colored something like a fungi near the tip of the penis ..looks like yeast infection but i  dont know if it is that .it does not pain  and nor it has increased in these 2 years . i request you to please help to find out if its  not dangerous . i am very scared . i have two photographs also attached with it

is it something like yeast infection ..what treatment i can do for it ?

I suspect lichen planus.  You can get it anywhere.  It is benign and not fully understood.
