Can you help me diagnose for the symptoms of my legs and treatment for it?

I used to wax my legs. But started doing IPL about 4 months ago. So, I had to stop waxing and have been shaving like 2-3 times a week. About a month ago, my legs started to get very itchy and sometimes, woke up to scratching my legs in the middle of the night. I applied Hiruscar (quite a lot of portion and multiple applications) to my reddish scratched area because afraid I would be left with scars. Then, about 2 weeks ago, I scratched quite hard to my right legs and now ended up with red, harsh bumps. First, 1 patch and now becoming 2 patches. The color was red and warm at first. I stopped Hiruscar, applied Aloevera for about a week. Still no improvement and itchy especially after shower. So, I stopped shaving, washed the effected area with tea tree oil diluted with water for about 3 days. Seems like the color turned into brown and flat now. But, now got 3 patches on my right leg and I am worried. Pls advise whats happening and how to do? It would be great if I could upload the photo of effected skin.
