darker yellow urine
I was diagnosed with type 2 in June I am taking metformin 500 mg twice a day. I have extremely high anxiety this morning when I urinated I noticed that the color was darker yellow . I drink so much water. Should I be concerned or will the coloration go back to normal?

Hello,
there can be lots of reasons for darker urine, the most common one being that you do not drink overnight. Do you take b-vitamins? These can also make your urine darker coloured. You should not worry about this. Just drink your normal fluids today.
