I would suggest that if you cannot work and you cannot afford to pay for your supplies that you see if you can qualify for Medicaid or other state or federal funded programs. Contact you local department of social services. They will be able to point you in the right direction. There are many different programs that are not always publicized.
For example our daughter is eligible for a program in the state we live that I had never heard of until a friend told me about it. Contacted the department of Social services and they pointed me in the right direction.
I would also contact your doctor and see if they hava3 e any samples.
Also contact your local JDRF chapter they might know of other JDRF members that have extras.
Good luck in your search.

Do you by chance have the numbers of the pump supplies? I know mine have different numbers and I have a new paradigm and I think I may have some supplies left over from my old pump. But I have to try and find them. If you could give me the numbers of the reservoirs and infusion sets I will try and find them and see if they are your type. I hope I can find them cause I didn't know what to do with them. Hopefully my husband didn't get rid of them yet. Thanks and God Bless.
Hi, I am the mother if a diabetic daughter (dia. 13 years ago). My duaghter has been fortunate enough to always have financial help, wether it be through the State, her father's insurance, etc. But, she has 2 children and decided to get married and "do the right thing", So she married their father, and now no more STATE help at all, for anything..No insurance (1 year pre-existing claus)Her husband is just a hair above poverty level ! But still nothing...She is in desperate need of MMT 373 infusion sets.. 1, 2 or more, anything will help. Everyone who is on the pump knows, the worst thing is, to have to go back to shots, after the pump.
ANY help would be much appreciated..or any suggestions, also. THANK YOU !!!
