child w/ sudden oset of lump in throat, feeling faint, body temp drop, shaking

a child age 7 i know has had 5 trips via ambulance in past 25 days and several episodes at home.  will be fine/playing then says she has lump in throat, becomes very pale, shaking, body temp. drops to 94 degrees, almost as going into shock.  Doctor thought was low blood sugar, but w/ last episode reading was in good range.  Has anyone ever seen these symptoms?  Never had any medical problems prior...

Hi. My mom just told me about how I acted last night. I'm 12 and I just went through something like that. I started shaking, I got dizzy, I had a headache and stomache aches. But my boody didn't drop it raised. She said it was like I went into soome kinda of shock. I'm on here to try to figure out what happened, because otoday I feel like crap. I hope you can find out what happened. Btw I am not a diabetic or anything. I have a pretty perfect medical history. With love, Keyonna.

Hi auntmimmie,
It sounds scary, what this little girl is going through. I'm a parent, not a doctor, but this sounds like something other than type-1 diabetes. I've never heard of a lump in the throat or low body temperature. She needs to get a thorough physical to figure out what is going on.

Good luck helping her.
