diabeties and thc

i am a type 1 diabetic and recently used pot, i smoked some of a joint with my friend at a party. my question is how long will the thc remain in my system? due to the fact i have a drug test next week for work and dont know if i can use a blocker or some product to remove the thc from my system and or if i need to use something like that? may or does anyone know anything about this or how i can remove the thc out within a week?

I believe it is 7 days urine, 30 days blood (some are really sensitive and are 3-4 months) and 1 yr hair follicle, woman after delivery from meconium (baby poop) 9 months.

most likely a few days, but you never know. Personally, I would stay away from marijuana (don't buy into all the internet hype).. google "quick fix".
