Please help

Hello, I am without insurance and I would like to present your answer as a specialist to my Family Doctor as an informal second opinion (he said that I could get an 2nd opinion but I don't have the resources)

Could you please provide a comprehensive list of specific tests and suggestions to explain the following symptoms in a 30 year old, 40 pound overweight male:

Mild bradycardia with dizziness, chronic chest discomfort, nausea, irritability, minor amount of yellow mucus coughed up, weakness, intense cravings for food even when blood sugar is in the 70's

blood pressure readings ranging from normal down to 90/50 at times, where as previously borderline hypertensive at all times.

And finally, a rising feeling in the abdomen and chest which, when aggrivated by the least of circumstances, leads to tachycardia and near syncope.

You time is appreciated, thank you.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
HI,
I am afraid that I cannot truly offer a seocnd opinion on this site, especially without knowing your complete history and having the benefit of reviewing your records myself.  A cardiologist may be of help in regard to some of your symptomatology. A holter monitor may be useful as well. A "comprehensive" list is also difficult to provide given the same reasons I listed above. In regard to my specialty, Endocrinology, I would suggest checking thyroid function tests, an oral glucose tolerance test, and ACTH/cortisol or ACTH stimulation test for possible Adrenal disease. Other possible diseases, like Pheochromocytoma and carcinoid syndrome are rare possibilities.
Other considerations  would include anxiety/panic disorder, anemia and nutritional deficiencies. This is not nearly an exhaustive list.
Hope this helps. Good luck and take care.
