Hi,
Yes diabetes can lead to problems with itching for various reasons. The simplest is just dry skin, in which case some lotions may help(oatmeal based lotions are especially good). Other things to be on the look-out for include yeast infections on the skin, eczema, and more concerning would be liver problems that may cause itching. If you have any skin discoloration, I suggest speaking with your doctor to ensure none of the more serious problems may be present.
Take care.

Yes u can, what are your BS and do you have protein in your urine? U need to ask your dr to run some tests. being a diabetic ur skin is very important and u should get a good lotion Keri lotion is goo and put it all over excet in place where ur skin doesn't breath well. And start drinking a good amount of water also. What have your BS's been doing? How the itching goes away..
