Is my puppy gonna be okay?

So my 10 week puppy is a little energetic ball of cuteness. She is so energetic that she tends to hurt herself. She will run into walls and bump her head. When I was walking, she ran under my feet and I accidentally stepped on her. My brother even dropped her because she was squirming. She did fall on carpet. And it wasn't that high so I guess she's okay from that but recently I was playing with her in the bathroom because I did not want to wake up my family. She was a little too energetic and she ended up cutting me. When I tried to put on a bandaid, she would not stop biting my toes so I held her on my lap and she jumped off and hit her head on the floor and hit her body on the side of the bath tub. When she got up, she shook her head like she was dizzy and she whimpered a little bit.  After that she was calm and when I put her to bed she lie down and was falling asleep. I'm worried. Is she going to be okay or do I need to take her to a vet?

I was sitting on the toilet when she jumped off my lap. That's how high she fell
