Good Morning my Friends,
I was just having coffee and watching the squirrels and birds, thinking about my Sandy Grace. I watched the squirrels climb the trees and play, I watched a bird perch on a limb with twigs in its mouth, surely about to build a nest for their babies. Wow, God created these wonderful creatures, and provided a way for them to survive. The bird builds a nest so perfectly that we as humans cannot copy or create one so refined. The squirrels climb so quickly, and jump from limb to limb, and the birds fly! Don't you wish you could fly or jump from limb to limb!!!!!
My point to all of this, is . . .if God took this much time to provide for his feathered creations, his furry beings and all other animals, what a Heaven he must have created for them. I know that my Sandy Grace is in her pet heaven and having a blast running and playing. There is no doubt in my mind. Animals are innocent creatures and I know they are assured a special place. Losing our babies is one of the hardest things that will happen to us, but can you imagine the reunion!!!!!!! I still grieve for Sandy Grace, but I can smile knowing she is in heaven with your babies and having the time of her life. If you ever doubt there is a heaven for our babies, just look outside, watch God's creatures as they survive in the world we live in, watch them closely as you will see how God has provided for them.
Jaybay, I read your post last evening, and I understand everything you were saying. Many years ago, I had a severe reaction to contrast, and arrested four times. Was in intensive care for 17 days. From that moment on, I saw how green the grass is, I smell every flower, cherrish the clouds and the sunshine. I cherrish each day that I am here and rejoice that I awake in the mornings.
I know we miss our babies, grieve for them everyday, want them back just to hug one more time. That is our nature as humans, but watch and observe and you will see that they are in their heaven, happy and healthy. What a blessing! Have a wonderful day and take time to stop, look and listen. Aggieone
