Pain when touched on the stomach, And shaking.

My 8 year old Boston Terrier yelps when touched on the stomach, and under the legs. He also is Trembling, almost like he is cold.... This just started recently. We moved into a new house, and there is stairs, he isn't used to them. I thought maybe he was sore, and having pain with the soreness. I don't know whats wrong though... Please help. Thanks.

No way to tell what us wrong but it dies sound like he is in pain and I suggest you get him to the Vet soon fir an exam.
