I agree we need more info...
Have I got this right? 2 different dogs eating the same food have both been vomiting continuously?
Now either that's got to be the food they have eaten, or some virus they have both caught, or they have both eaten something toxic....my bet is it could be the food. Don't give either of them any more of it. Make sure they drink water, small amounts of water at a time, they will have better chance of keeping it down. If they can't even keep water down, that is potentially very serious because they will get dehydrated as well as that being an indicator that something serious is going on here.
Then get your dog to the vet, and advise the owner of the other dog to do the same.

Did these dogs get any other food or treats apart from that food you mention? Do they run in the same yard? Is there anything in the yard that could be toxic? Have they been playing with, or chewing any sticks or vegetation that could be poisonous? Have they drunk any stagnant water? .....etc

For continuous vomiting, they need to see a vet, and quite urgently.
