Rabies?

Hi, I've recently read an article about having rabies. I panicked after seeing that I can have rabies and not know about it. Here is my concern:

About 2 months ago, I cant exactly pinpoint it, I was feeding our dog and i was shocked when his teeth lightly scratched my fingers, I saw no blood (no break in skin), only a mark due to the contact but immediately disappeared. I washed my hands as soon as possible. My question is whether I put myself at risk with regards to this. As I can recall, our dogs had taken vaccinations for rabies.

Am I going to die because of this? Can I still take the rabies shot even after months have passed? I am totally panicking right now, please help me!
