my little dog hasn't eaten properly for about 5 days - he isn't drinking either although I am managing to get water into him today - his back legs are very weak and he is very thin - what can I do please

Take him to vet immediately.  An old friend of mine has a 2 lb yorkie that wasnt supposed to live, and yet she still has her.  She has the hypoglycemia.  She also wouldnt eat and they had to give her baby formula in a syringe and pedialyte.  She is also on viagra...believe it or not!

Completely agree with Misfits.  It could be any number of reasons and your dog needs to be checked by a Vet.  A dog that small can also get hypoglycemic.

Dehydration is very dangerous in tiny dogs.....Can be fatal, quickly!

Please, call your Vet immediately and get this dog in.....Your Vet is the only one that can tell you what's wrong with your dog.....I hope you haven't waited too long for this little guy...He's depending on you to get him medical help...Please, make the call, now!  Good luck, I do hope he can be saved.....Karla
