Thanks to all of you!Nikita,my dog,is going better now with the strong medicine,yes,i know that must to remove the uterus and shall be done soon.But first must to achieve stronger condition.She start eating today again(don't do that from 5 days).Soon will go to surgery,but my vet is going  use bad sedative(without antidot),because i can't pay enough,but every sedative is allright,isn't it?

Your dog needs to get to the Vet and soon!!  You cannot treat this at home.  Your dog could die from this!!

Please,Margot,tell me which one??My dog have closed pyometra and i have 6 dosen of MEDAKSON,but i wish to know-are they enough to fix the condition of the dog to go better,because i want to spay her after the treatment?And after how many hours to pin the next one injection?Thank you!

A Vet would have to prescribe something if they thought it was necessary.  I would like to know who diagnosed pyometra also.  If that is the case, is it a closed or open pyometra?  The infection can become overwhelming and needs to be treated promptly.  I had a female that had an open pyometra some years ago and was started on IV antibiotics immediately, however, I won't say which one as I feel uneasy about the nature if this question.
