finally put on two pounds!

after 4 months of  suffering from extreme stress
and not being able to eat more than a few bites of food

initially i lost 20 lbs in 3- 4 weeks
then more after that
I  went down to 114

so i lost 35 lbs in 2 months and stayed at that weight for the past 2 months

am finally able to eat though at least once a week I go all day not eating but am getting better i think

i dont like lookin emaciated like this , i look lighter than i am

my skin is sagging from extra skin and
has only contributed to my new " low self esteem"

i have finally gotten into a habit of eating
at least 2 meals or more a day
and it has finally been consistant enough
that i gained 2 lbs
so my cheeks and eyes no longer look so sunk in!

ok but now I wonder should i just eat what i like
that is whatever  i have been doing , not really health conscience

what is a healthiest way to regain 10 to 15 lbs?

is adding cardio ok
because i want to
but scared to lose more weight

thanks in advance.

I just wanted to congratulate you on the weight gain.  I sense that it was a huge achievement for you.  And something you're rightfully excited about.

Consistently managing to eat small meals will also help with your confidence and self-esteem.

Just a thought about the cardio.  That may be something which may help you better manage the stress which could be a good thing.  Just be cautious about any further weight loss though.
It sounds like you're getting there.  Keep up the good work.

At this point you are probably much better off eating whatever you want and whatever you like in order to gain weight.  Obviously, the best food is the most calories which is usually food that includes a lot of fat.  If you do the cardio in moderation and continue to eat enough calories you will be okay.
