Absolutely. I hope you are doing okay.
Weight loss isn't a steady, consistent process. Sometimes it comes in "spurts." My suggestion would be to try again. You won't know if you don't try, and doing nothing definitely won't help you know? If nothing else, you are getting yourself healthier mentally and physically. Giving up won't solve anything. Hang in there.
i have been on weigh less, and i have tried almost all diet pills etc it doesnt work. then i tried gymming, saw a trainer, walking, stair-climbing, rowing, but dropped 1 kg -with eating better, in like 3 weeks. that doesnt sound right does it? yes my thyroid is fine, though i read one lady say she had this problem and a doc didnt pick it up. my mother says its just "slegtigheid" and nobody understand or takes me seriously when i say i am trying. i still pay the gym but dont go anymore, im not motivated as i didnt lose before. i probably gave up or got demotivated to quick the whole -you gain to lose scenario.
have you gotten your thyriod checked?
the only time i have had any success with weight loss was when i followed the weight watchers program and skated on a roller derby team
i have a gym membership but too insecure to work out around that many people
i also wanted to add, that we want to have a baby/conceive near to the wedding, so i need to do something with myself but im just not sure what, or how. i try excercising but find its so hard, really hard to lose weight, and to stick to something/commit.
