Problem related to face

I have have white face and i am suffering from acne. I excersise every day and usually go for swimming (in chlorine water). I even drink a lot of water, everybody says that I don't have a glow in my skin. I even have some redness in my skin which is due to acne. Can you suggest me some remedies. I drink a lot of water is it harmful  too? Does masturbation affect our glow in face?

ur very welcome! Also, I was looking at one of my reference guides (going to be going to med school soon). Getting these amounts of vitamins may help too, especially if you have an ED.
*chromium picolinate - use as dirested on label
*vitamin B complex - 100 mg 3x daily
*vitamin B3 - 100 mg 3x daily
*vitamin B5 - 50 mg 3x daily
*vitamin B6 - 2 mg 3x daily
*zinc 30-80 mg every day

*start with just the complex B vitamin @ 100 md three times daily. make sure it has the B 3, 5 & 6 in it. If your acne doesn't improve at all, in say 30 days, then start taking the additional B vitamins listed. Start off with the lower dose of zinc. OR get a regular multivitamin, that includes all of those listed. It will help more if you have other deficiencies.

I hope this helps!

there are many options you could try. Going to a dermatologist is your best bet. You could try some of the Nutrigena products, preferrably with Salicylic Acid, at least 2%; St. Ives Apricot Scrub, etc. Anything listed as "non-comedigenic" or "hypo-allergenic" or "oil-free."

with that, it was mentioned earlier that this is not the proper forum for skin questions.... Unless you also have an ED, which could be the cause of your skin irritation. Drink lots of water, but yes too much can cause hydroencephalus, where ur brain swells. Look it up. Otherwise check another forum, see a doc for more ideas.
