afraid to be honest to my psychologist.

Hii,
I'm 15, and anorexic. I told my mentor and friends and later on also my parents.
they are taking me to a psychologist but I'm so scared to go there.
I've been to that woman before, and never mentioned my eating disorder, nor my suicide thoughts, not even the feeling that I could be depressed.
Should I tell her and if so, how!?

From personal experience things would always get worse when i wasnt honest. Many times i kept things from my psychologist such as suicidal thoughts n ED behavior bcz i wanted to seem better. Truth is i ended bad in the hospital n feeling worse than ever. So before you get anyworse be sure to be honest with ur psychologist n parents cz in reality they jus wanna help u.

Definitely tell your psychologist. Honesty is key to successful therapy. It'll be hard to reveal the anorexia and confront it, but worthwhile. As to how to tell her, just say it aloud, the same way you did with your mentor, friends, and family. You were brave enough to tell them, so use the same approach with your psychologist.
