Andtideprresants Rivotril adn Orfiril
I was prescribed Rivortil(clonazepam) and Orfiril(Valproat sodium) by a psychiatrist.When this medicine are prescribed?He said he would give me something for anxiety and for sleep.Are they Antidepressants?
A very quick search says that the Orfiril is indicated (used) for: seizures, mania in bipolar, and to prevent migraines.
I think it's a derivative (or whatever) of Depakote (valproate).
A physicians desk reference would be useful. (But the internet is good too).
Depending on how you choose to interpret your doctor's comments he still could be truthful.

The second is a mood stabilizer -I think. I'm not 100% certain.
