need to lose weight

i have no will power and im 5 foot and i weigh almost 190 and i ts very hard for me to lose weight. , i could lose a few lbs for a little while and then it comes back plus  a few. i work all moring  and after noon the time i get home its 7-8 at night and im tired and dont feel like working out after working for 10 hrs i dont have time or money to go to the gym and i rerally dont want to take pills. can you please help me

I started having health problems nine mo ago i was a lively 77 walked 3 or 4 blocks a day had to go in hosp for blood pressurefluxuating cramping weak also had brochitis came out and had sob real bad also could not lay on back due to a place on back of head when i laid on it myu head started spinning could not look up they said i had bppv to make a long story short i cant walk like i used to cant go anywhere live in country i do not have money for weight watchers i know that i eat and mostly sweets because of stress nothing better to take its place i am 5ft 1 in weigh 132 my normal weight used to be between 108 112 that was when i worked and had something to do i could contain it i need help i know there are more seniors out there in the same position thanks for any help  thanks jo

first of all,it is not a matter of will power...you have plenty to keep up the work schedule you describe here. But food is too important to you, it's your way of dealing with the unwanted emotions of your life, and that is what you will have to work on.
