Is this endometriosis?

Hello,

Couple of years I got heavy abdominal pain a week before my period. Im often nauseous and have lower backpain.

I got a Pap smear and everything looked fine. Only thing is that my cervix looked somewhat abnormal en bleeds easily.

The dr ordered an ultrasound and I’m waiting for the appointment. I’m anxious and want to know what’s wrong with me. Could this be endometriosis?
