Thickened Endometrium

I was referred by my OB to undergo TVUS due to my complaint of bleeding during or after sexual intercourse.
Could somebody explain to me the result real quick? Sorry I feel a bit afraid but i want to know.

Indication:  Post Coiytal bleeding
Cervix:  1.6 cm x 1.8 cm
Endometrium: Isoechoic, Intact, measuring 4.8 cm
Ovaries: right: 3.6 cm x 2.3 cm   Follicles: less than 10
             left:   3.1 cm x 3.8 cm   Follicles: less than 10

Other Findings:  Cul De Sac Unremarkable
Remarks:
       Normal-sized anteverted uterus and ovaries
       Thickened Endometrium
       Kindly Correlate Clinically

HI,
The ultrasound report does not show much abnormality. The post-coital bleeding is mainly because of local factors like cervical erosion, polyps or chronic cervicitis which are better diagnosed on an internal examination. Pap smears may be done.
