From then till now I have pain in lower back and tummy abdomal so so tired as I have cole I don't get periods. My sister 2 years ago was diagnosed with this decease. Oh so you have never had surgery yourself to see if you have it? It is hereditary. My moms sister had it but my mother and her two other sisters didn't and either do my two sisters. It all depends and all of them could possibly have had it  but didn't know as their pain might have been nothing. This disease is like that.

I would def see if you can get an exploratory lap to see to rule it out however if the pain only started to get bad recently it could  be the coil.

It is possible it's the coil that is doing this. Many women who have used the mirena coil in have had this same problem. I use marvelon a low dose bcp and have for the last 8 yrs I don't get a period or pain. I find many many women complain about the coil.

I should let you know that some women do not feel pain like others. Each person with Endo is different. Someone could have stage I and be in massive pain and someone with stage IV could have none and vice versa.

There is also a disease called adenomyosis which can go hand in hand with Endo as well. You have had child but not sure how old you are but that is something to look into however the only way to know 100% is through a hysterectomy.

Also if you ha surgery for Endo it's possible the surgeon was not an Endo specialist and lasered it off like you said not excising it which is cutting it out which gets the root of the disease
