OVARIES ATTACHED??Help!!!

Help! Just found out I have 2 endometriomas that have attached my ovaries together. My doc is out of town so we have not discussed options yet. Has anybody had this happen before? We're you able to save the ovaries? One is 4cm and the other is 6cm!!! We still want children, although no luck yet :(
