Mirena / Visanne Side Effects

I was diagnosed with endometriosis 8 years ago. I've been on a combination of the Mirena for 8 years and Visanne for 4 years.

I recently had my 3rd Mirena inserted 6 weeks ago and I have been feeling terrible. Been nauseas, headaches, bloated, fatigued, I even took a pregnancy test because I thought I could be pregnant with my symptoms but it was negative.

Could this be side effects from my new Mirena even though I've had it for 8 years?

It definitely could be or it could be that you are having symptoms of Endo.

When you had surgery to confirm diagnoses was the disease removed through ablation or excision?
