Pain in right ovary after having left one removed

Hi everyone,
I'm 31 years old and 5 months ago I had my left ovary and tube removed due to endometriosis. My goal is to get pregnant. Now I am having a dull constant soreness in what seems to be my right ovary.  Has any one expirenced this after overy removal?  I feel it mostly when I'm laying on that side.  Thank you in advanced.

You might have an ovarian cyst.

Yes that is pretty normal. It could be due to adhesion's or possibly ovarian remnant syndrome which is when the ovary grows back if it wasn't properly removed.

When you had your surgery did you have it with an Endometriosis specialist?
