yes I have been going all natural since my lapo in Apirl 2009 and I think that I have been seeing a diffence.I have been taking Vitex to natural level my hormones and evening promrose oil fish oil and vitamin b6, beta carotene, iron, vitamins e,a,c and d also zinc! You should read endo for dummies its really in deepth on everything endo! But the book tells you how endo is thought to be a auto immune diesase like lupus inly not life threatening but if you have endo you know that it still robs you of your life. Any how the point to to keep a strong immune system! I have done that and seen a diffence I quit taking the vitamins and herbs though because I thought I was prego and now symptoms are back. So try it for yourself!
