Could this be prostatitis or something else?

For about a month now I have had trouble getting hard erections. It all started the morning after having unprotected sex but my urine sample and std test both came back negative. For about a week after the event, I was peeing frequently and had pain while peeing. However, the pain while peeing is pretty much gone but I constantly have a pain in my right testicle that moves into my groin and hip areas. What could this be?

The pain in your testicle sounds very much like a strain, and if so should slowly go away, and your other problem sounds like a UTI and they do go away without treatment.
So next time you have a bit of stray wear a condom, as they say when ever you wont a rat a tat tat, be sure to wear a mac.
Good Luck
