Penis shape and erection function

I have a penis glans that is quite a bit wider (25% or 8mm or so when flaccid) and larger than the shaft. Is this normal and is it common? I have some anxiety around the "lolly pop" look of this and at times have a weak erection. Might a weak erection be something to do with the shape and resultant blood flow? Or is it more likely to be a result of anxiety?

Stanley,
What you explain is normal  , I think you will fine that most studies show  that  certain percent of males have  larger glans then the penis shaft .. Now the  weak erection at your age could be possible due to several issues  such as stress or low T or  anxiety  or even excess masturbation.. I would not think that swollen glans during arousal is the cause of a weak erection.. my thoughts, ojsam
