28 year old NEEDS HELP!

Age: 28
Smoke: No
Drink: No
Physical condition: exercise everyday and pretty fit.

Hey guys, not sure if I have ED but really need your advise. I don't have any erection problem since I was 26( two years ago), and it happens to me every time I had sex with my girlfriend. Basically before the intercourse, if my partner stimulates me, I got rocked hard, however, it only lasts around 5mins. If we have intercourse within this 5 mins, no problem, I can keep hard until I finish. However, if I miss this 5 mins, I will lose the erection, and that's it. No matter how my girlfriend try to stimulate it, it just won't work, and I would totally lose my sexual desire. Also, what frustrated me is if I watch porn and use my hand, I could have multiple erection with no problem.

Do you guys have similar issue with me?

In my view, if you want to be sexually successful with your girlfriend, do not compete with that relationship by also doing masturbation and porn.  Save your sexual energy for only those times when you are with your gf.

Learn abdominal breathing (google). Practice it for 10 minutes twice a day. While doing intercourse do slow, deep and even breathing.( even means inhalation and exhalation should be equal. Slow breathing will allow you to lengthen period of  intercourse.
