Muscle loss

Hi I am 26, I loose lots of muscles,please help me to understand how to increase muscle.also I have started home based workout with protinex powder.(is this help me to overcome muscle problem)

What does your workout entail, and what's in the protein powder?  You also say you lost muscle, I think -- if you're losing muscle and you're still active, you need to see a doctor.

Home Workout includes : - Push Ups , Indian style jor exercise.Dumbbell alternate  Bicep Curl and Dumbbell One Arm Triceps Extension.

did you change your diet or something? is there any change in workout? If you are loosing muscle, without any change in your diet, lifestyle and workout, you should check your blood tests. Make sure you have no ailments
