I go to the gym regularly and is supplementing with mucuna prurian , l-argnine, l-leucine, and indian ginseng for promotion of growth hormone. Is this safe. My dosage is safe - 1g of l-argnine, 1g of l-leucine and 1g of mucuna prurian before going to sleep accompanied with indian ginseng mixed in milk.
Please tell me is this safe or not. I also take multi-vitamins, omega 3 , biotion for hair, calcium, and b-complex supplements.
If taken all of these together can they react with each other.
