Hi,

Does your abdomen hurt only when you do some activity or all the time?
Does it also hurt to touch your abdomen?

It is possible that the muscles are responding to strain.

You can try an reduce the number of push ups by 10 each time.

If the pain is too severe, take tylenol every 4-6 hours for pain relief for the next 3 days.

Take breaks after every 10 push-ups for the next few days.

As your body strengthens, you will be able to do your exercises without pain.

Do keep us posted on your doubts and progress.
Regards

First of all, stop working out until your pain subsides. The only likely reason that you have developed the pain is that you've put excess strain on that area while stabilizing your body during the push up. You should work out slowly. Start with not more that two sets of knee push ups daily and once you can easily do them easily gradually increase the number of sets.
