Hi, may I suggest that you not try to lose what took you 3 years to gain? I don't think that's the right way to go about it. Slow and steady is the way to go. Good luck with your journey.

I see high school wrestlers in the steam room and dry saunas trying to sweat off 10-15 lbs in a week. You might give that a try.
Personally, I recommend running. It seems to take off weight while building muscle. Join a gym, pump some iron.
