Headaches when working out. What could be wrong

Whenever im pushing myself during working out, whether its a set of push ups or lifting weights at the end of the set when im really pushing like when my face will get red, i will get a pretty bad headache pretty much forcing me to discontinue the workout.  Just has started happening the last week, but it always seems to happen. Do I have a brain tumor or something, whats wrong? =(

Thanks
Zach

My headaches are gone!!!
All I can say is that I eased off on the training a lot and when I did train I reduced the intensity. I could feel the pressure build in my head when I weight trained and just stopped when that happened.
Whether or not stopping taking Creatine Mono made any difference I don't know. However, I'm back at the full intensity training and taking the Creatine (although I have halved the amount I was taking to about 5g a day). I also am trying to breath better instead of holding my breath when really straining but I find that hard to do. When I hold my breath I can lift/push more weight or squeeze another couple of rep's out. I know that those extra couple of rep's can make a big difference to my gains.
Well just though I'd share my good news. What a relief it was for me. If I get any relapses I'll let you all know. I wish all of you luck with getting rid of your issues. Cheers.

A Headache is  a pain in the head or upper neck. It is one of the most common locations of pain in the body and has many causes.I think you should properly take the diet.

I'm 45 and recently started working out to get back in shape.  I need to lose about 10 lbs and tone up.   Problem is once I start doing any sort of cardio, I start getting a really bad head ache in the back of my neck & temples.  I work thru it but it's hard to get motivated about getting back in shape if this is what I have to look forward to every time!!!  My trainer said to drink more water during the day, so I'll do that.

Any other thoughts?

Im 19 years old, and i've also been suffering these headaches. I've been training with a cage fighter for a year, and only until last week I first suffered this headache. It was on my last set of the leg press, on the last few reps, and then I had a severe throbbing/pulsating pain at the front right of my head. It was so severe that if I tried lifting more, i'd have to stop. I carried on training, I felt good on flat bench, then I was doing hypertrophy on inclined bench, and again the severe throbbing pain returned, worse than the first one. That was four days ago, and since then I've noticed, when I try to masturbate the throbbing pain returns, increasing in pain with each throb. Has anyone had any luck with the Doctor? I've recently started taking Zinc and Vitamin C tablets each day, and Im wondering whether or not these could be the cause? I even get a mild throbbing pain when cycling up a hill, going at a moderate pace. Very frustrating!

I'm a 44 year old male in good health and fitness. I've been hitting the weights hard for a couple of months and made some real gains. I've been taking Creatin Monohydrate for the first time. Two weeks ago I started getting major pain in my forehead and temples area - especially when benching. So painful that I couldn't continue the workout and the headache lasted for hours. I've never suffered fro migrains in my life and never had this problem before.
Been to the doctor who guessed it was Tension Headaches due to stress. I'm not stressed. She suggested a cold compress on my forehead when the headaches happen but that makes no difference.
I can run as hard as I like and I get no headaches.
So annoying 'cos I want to get more muscle noy just fit. I've done the running thing in the past and achieved good levels. I now want to look better. So annoying as the training was going so well.
Totally sympathise with Presson's problems and would love to se how he gets on. I don't want to stop weight training for a few months only to find that I've lost all that I've recently gained and the headaches still come back. Very frustrating.
