Holidays, weight loss, and the Healthy Cooking Community

With the holidays right upon us, its important to look at realistic goals for the diet portion of our fitness plan.  And with goals, you need a plan!

Hi, you should not be worried excessively about your weight or excercise planning. Even if you consume high calorie diet occasionally, you can compensate by doing some aerobic exercise like jogging. Alternatively you can compensate it by eating fresh fruits and vegetables next time. Before doing all this you must keep an eye on your BMI i.e. body mass index which should ideally be in between 20 to 24.9. All the best.

i talked to my doctor about this. he said enjoy ur family and enjoy all the food u can eat. just make sure if u do that. to jump right back on ur diet the next day.
