Hi,
It seems to me you might want to consider strength building before doing body building. I was recently made aware of the difference while pursuing my own medical issues. Strength building is relatively easy to do and can be started at home, and you don't start with 20 lb weights. After you build your strength, you can probably start on body building. My guess is that as you strength build, you'll develop a new passion and confidence in yourself because of the new routines you'll build while changing your habits. Then, you'll be more likely to want to go to the gym and continue working out.
Be kind to yourself and take joy in every bit of progress you make. You're worth the investment in energy and time. Just start where you are right now and you'll get there.
Hey, cex2y! I've heard so many times this problem, and i really want to suggest you couple of things! First of all, you should wake up early and do some physic exercisies. Start with small things. The secret is simple, when you'll decide to go to the gym, it will be hard, but when you start to practice it, it will become your pasion. Please, don't think too much, don't be lazy! It's your health, it's your all, do it!
