I have to say I agree with gymdandee. The hardest part is getting up and taking the 1st steps. Believe me I know this from complete experience. I have wanted to be thin and fit my whole life. Just a month ago I decided I'm going to do this, for real, and for myself. I had to force myself the 1st few go rounds but now I love the feeling. You have to decide in your head that it's what you want. I have family members who are not as motivate as I am and they are currently dying because they would rather sit on the couch and down half a gallon of ice cream rather than just getting up and moving a little. Buy a new pair of athletic shoes, an expensive pair that your can't really afford. It will motivate you to get up and use them just so the money isn't wasted.
