get clearance from your doctor. just to make sure everything is okay. and then start moving. walking is best to start out with. if you're really feeling motivated try some light weightlifting. try to eat intuitively. eat when you're hungry but stop before you're miserable. and don't eat if you're not hungry. and don't be too hard on yourself. you'll overeat here and there. and there will be times when you don't feel like walking. but go out and walk anyway for a few minutes and chances are you'll start to get into it and finish you walk. i would start out walking every other day to give your muscles a chance to rest. but soon you'll be able to walk everyday. get an ipod and listen to your favorite music while walking. i do this and so many times my walk goes from the planned 30 minutes to 50 to 60 minutes. don't forget sunscreen. good luck.
1) Go to the dietician and plan a balanced diet for yourself, tell the dietician that you are starting to lose weight so they will design in accordingly.
2) Start physical exercise. Cardio is the best to start, you can join a gymn and start doing it slowly to peak upto 500 calories per day.
3) Continue diet and exercise all throughout your life to control your blood pressure, healthy living.
Do not exert yourself, but you have to work out to lose the calories, Take care!
