There are a lot videos and channels on youtube to help you in you work out. Choose the suitable ones for you.

Rope jumping, push ups,pull ups, abbs exercises, squats do each of those 3 rounds and 10-15times per one round. You can find good abb exercises from internet just choose those which feels good for you and your  needs.. Also remember to eat healthy, eating is a big part to get a good body.

I like to do Shaun T's Focus T25 form Beachbody. It's a 10-week complete workout regimen for 5 days/week. And the great thing about it is each video is only 25 minutes.
