anyone taking phentermine or tenuate for weight loss?
im going to weight loss clinic in a few days. just plain sick and tired of being fat. got a lot of great help on this site a few years ago when trying to conceive. hopefully i can find the same help w/weight loss. any experiences with these drugs or any other weight loss medication will be appreciated.
I've never taken them, but using drugs for weight loss isn't your answer. Speed does work while you take it, but then it stops working when you stop and it's hard to stop taking. The slow way is the best way, meaning increasing exercise and altering your diet so you don't metabolize your food into sugar and storing it as fat so easily. It's slow, but because it's a permanent life change the changes stay around.
