Gymdandee you can advise me too lol I'm 35, female ex smoker, I have taken up running, jogging, power walking. I'm not looking for muscle but just to tone up... My arms and legs are already really toned but would like to tighten up my midriff/abdomen area which isn't too bad but summer is coming lol. Any Good exercise ideas?
