What is wrong with me?

My question is this: Why is it that whenever I do any physical exercise at all when I am done whatever I was exercising seems to affect the left side of my body so much more than the right side? What affects me most is my left leg because obviously I have to walk everyday so I have like this pain that runs from about right below my butt down to my ankle. If I could depict how I think my body feels it would be like this: Like an upside-down L and the right side of my body sort of just hangs from it. I can feel a difference in my muscles between right and left leg. My left leg feels muscly whereas my right leg just feels slightly muscley. It's so weird to describe but even my abs I can tell my left ones are more defined. I just wish that I knew what was wrong. I have been to an orthopaedic doctor and I had X-rays and MRIs of my left hip because that's where the most pain is and the lower left back. However, the doctor said that I have a very slight like I think less than 10 degree curve in my spine and he didn't think that had anything to do with it. I made him feel my shoulders and hips because I feel like my one shoulder is like in front of the other shoulder if that makes sense? The same I can say for my hips. I feel like one is either up further or I don't know but I made the doctor feel both my hips and shoulders and he didn't think anything was abnormal. So any suggestions would be great. Is this at all normal?

Hello!

Ergonomics is the science of designing the job, equipment, and workplace to fit the person.  So I would want you to use proper positions in your daily living and also use proper bed, chairs while working and sleeping.

Also use proper foot wear.

Take care!

Hello!

The orthopedician is referring to scoliosis and this might be the reason of the concentration of pain and fatigue in your body on one side after physical exercise.

With slight scoliosis you might also try to correct the bend by changing your ergonomics and position. Also try to follow proper ergonomics in daily living to correct this.

Go for present day scans and take a proper advice from an orthopedician.

Take care!
