Workout tips

I have a desire for a great body, but I have no idea how to motivate myself to get up workout, and eat healthy. Do you guys have any tips as to how I can motivate myself to workout?

As Nike says, just do it.  If you find exercise you like the desire to do it feeds on itself.  If you try to exercise in a way that bores you to tears you won't continue.  Eating is the same way -- changing lifestyle is hard, but it's like pushing a car -- once you get started it's easier.
