Would like help losing weight/becoming more fit

I am 15 years old, 16 in 6 months, and I would like help on dieting to lose weight. I am 228 lbs although some of that is most likely from joining football and a crossfit athletic program a year ago. I would ultimately like to be more fit and more agile. I love lifting because of the crossfit program (which I am no longer in because of school and other activities). I have access to the school weight room. I have a horrible diet probably because of my huge despise towards veggies (absolutely can't eat them) and my somewhat addiction to soda. If anyone would be willing to help out it'd be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

First, you do need to learn to like veggies.  A big question is, where are your parents in all this, as I assume they're preparing your meals?  And describe a typical eating day so we can comment on what you're eating and how that might be adversely affecting your metabolism.
